My wife and I are in the same situation. But after watching last night’s Twitter rage-a-thon, our ongoing conversation about possibly leaving the country came up again.

My wife is very afraid of where the Trump admin is going to leave women, and I can’t say I blame her.

I don’t think there’s really a safe place on the planet right now. Yes, he might lay waste to the US, and that’s plenty bad enough, but his insanity vis-a-vis NATO, the Chinese, the Russians, global trade, is making the entire world as a whole a far less predictable place.

As i posted above, the Western Europeans are sh*tt*ng in their pants right now & steps are being taken to shield themselves against rogue US behavior. It’s not being widely reported, but it’s quite amazing. (Got a friend in the aerospace industry, hence the gossip.)
