Hate this so much. Tara Ross of Prager “University” has been spreading this nonsense across the nation and has persuaded too many of the merits of her argument. It’s not just traditional rw zealots who buy into this argument; many well-meaning voters have been taken in. I have refused to read her magnum opus on this topic because I don’t want to waste my time being forced to digest her sophistry.

It’s the usual Republican crap about how California and New York don’t matter because they’re strongly Democratic. It’s an absurd argument.
