I don’t think any credible person is for banning contraception but I understand the viewpoint that religious organizations who don’t believe in it (no matter how wrong that idea might be) should not be forced by the federal government to pay for it for other people.

Some people, religious ones, don’t believe in blood transfusions. If they own a business that has insured employees should they be allowed to dictate that their insurance doesn’t cover anything related to blood transfusion?

Some people don’t believe one should eat pork. Should they be allowed to deny insurance coverage in any treatment place that served pork on the menu?
