I bet zucchini. Plant one plant and feed the neighborhood. My dad is always trying to give me 3 or 10 when I visit. I am not much of a squash eater.

I grow trombicino instead of zucchini. It’s a climbing vine so it takes up very little soil space. Unlike zucchini it doesn’t get mushy when cooked. Very tasty pan fried.
