I really hope we don’t come to that. Trump’s not making it easier though. This just worries the hell out of me. Clinton will be seen by Republican voters as illegitimate and because of that, the GOP will treat Clinton as such and this bullshit will continue. The GOP needs to actually have the balls to confront the base they’ve created or else be ready to go the way of the Whigs. They can’t have it both ways.
