Active shooter situation at a UPS warehouse in NJ. Situation ongoing.

A Gloucester County spokeswoman confirmed an active shooter in a UPS warehouse in Logan Township, Gloucester County. No details have been released about injuries, but officials stressed that the ongoing incident was contained to the warehouse on Birchcreek Road and police have roads blocked off in the area. The warehouse is located in an industrial park.

A spokesman for the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office said “the situation is contained.”

“We have an active incident in place,” chief of staff Tom Gilbert said by phone. “Tactical elements were deployed.”

Thirty-two employees from the UPS warehouse have been relocated to the nearby Holiday Inn.

We have more gun violence than every other OECD country out there, but Trump and GOP don’t consider it a national emergency unless the shooter isn’t white and isn’t an American citizen. Only then do they dog whistle that we need action against minorities and undocumented persons.

But none of these GOPers are going to touch guns. The sales must continue.
