The people of Alabama need to understand one thing. The more they go after “illegal” immigrants with laws like this, their own situation will become more dire. Immigrants will have to accept even lower wages than now, and this will of course push wages down in general.

By kicking those who are down already you are kicking yourselves even harder. Think about it.
