I see, however there was no link to his article in the tweet you posted—I didn’t realize he was a sociologist in addition to all of his war/military credentials. Oh wait, he’s not. Neither am I, and since the 2004 report isn’t definitive—see jaunte’s #199—I’m gonna leave it alone now.
