The 24 hour rule is a good one.

Checking a source (foreign concept to someone we know…):

Age 22 in 2011 would put his birthday in 1989. The Milton Academy is in Milton, MA.

That being said, 2003 would have him at 14. All things to consider.

Yeah, if he was 14 at the time it would have been some other charge if it was sexual assault. Also, Chuck just said it’s the wrong DOB.
