SS won’t kick in until 69, but he’s giving them something nice by saying people working over 62 will be exempt from payroll taxes. So you won’t be able to retire on SS until you’re 69, but you can work the last 7 years before you do without paying payroll taxes.

Isn’t that so nice of him?/////
