Here is more good news…

The US House has officially counted the Electoral Votes…

At the conclusion of counting the Electoral ballots, the Vice President reported to the Joint Session that the votes would be recorded as follows: For the Office of President of the United States, Barack Obama—365; John McCain—173; and for the Office of Vice President of the United States, Joseph Biden—365; Sarah Palin—173.

Now someone with “Legal Standing” can challenge Obama’s right to hold the office.
Stinky don’t hit me, I’m not arguing about the merits of the case just the procedural barriers that the courts erected.
