re: #203 albusteve Ah, not really my friend! NYC Pizza is just that: VERY thin crust, lots of red sauce, lotsa oil, and Mozzarella - and MAYBE some pepperoni or sausage. That’s it.
It’s Chicago Pizza that doesn’t resemble Pizza - Chicago Pizza is just a glorified casserole!
