It would likely never even get that far. I mean, what the hell would they sue for? You can’t sue someone for reporting the truth, especially on a public figure. That’s several levels of insane. And they’d need to find a lawyer willing to suffer the results of actually trying to file what would be a blatantly frivolous lawsuit.
