It will probably depend on how credible (and/or documented) the allegations that Jordan observed abuse (and did nothing) are: that he ignored reports of it are bad enough: witnessing it is another matter entirely.

OSU wrestler Mike DiSabato is a very credible witness and (former?) friend to Jordan.

Jordan will have a very tough time making DiSabato look bad. If anything, he may have counted on his ‘friend’ to go along with the story.

The Nassar gymnastics abuse thing changed all of that.
