I understand and I’ll listen. So far, my contact with HR has not been difficult, but getting any ADA accommodations squared away will show where things stand. The key may come down to good faith, and I know I’ll act in that. I think they will, but I’ll be ready if they don’t.

They could. It’s totally possible. I’d just say keep reminding them of why it’s in everyone’s interests to do right by you if it ever comes to that - not that I’m trying to say be threatening, not at all. But this is the fact: your skillset adds something to the company, otherwise they would not have hired you.
