Some of the gangs have merged and wearing blue and red is their gang affiliation showing that. Crips and bloods in a lot of cities have been pushed out by Cartels and Asian/Eastern European mobsters so the black gangs unite. I guess a lot of people are unfamiliar with the strength of gangs in major cities… I just pointed out that wearing those colors can be a warning sign. But whatever.
