Well, if he actually suffered a stroke, I would presume he can no longer authorise launching nukes.

That said, there are many other half-finished or garbled tweets by Trump he never corrected or deleted. This one just happens to be a funny diversion.

Like the red light at the White House, “stroke” might be reading a bit too much into what’s going on.
