It’s pretty dang obvious that Trump was talking about MS13. The talk began with discussions about gang issues and law enforcement, and MS13 was mentioned then at first. It was brought up again by the sheriff right before the Trump choice quote.

You can criticize Trump on his previous gaffes, but to claim he’s trying to insinuate all illegal immigrants are animals is to try to pretend Michelle Obama was saying “whitey” all those years ago. You got to be really drinking the kool-aid to believe some of this stuff.
