I think the deal is that Trump knows he has to go with one of the names on the list presented to him by The Federalist Society…but being out of his fucking mind AND totally obsessed with delivering red meat to the people who show up for his rallies, he is presently arguing with his advisors that he HAS to go with Judge Jeanine.

It’s like when he picked Pence…it was such a no-brainer consensus building choice that he instantly began second guessing himself.

He has repeatedly said he wants to appoint someone young, under 40 preferably. I doubt he finds someone that young, but I doubt Judge Jeanine is on his radar. He wants his stamp to be on the court well after he is dead an buried.
