Forget the ground rules, forget the moderator, he’s going to hunterbidenhunterbidenhunterbiden when it’s his turn to speak and HUNTERBIDENHUNTERBIDENHUNTERBIDEN!!!TY when it’s Joe’s turn to speak. He will not address the topics or stop speaking when it’s not his turn.

He lost the first debate because he couldn’t stay on topic and kept interrupting. This will definitely make him look more pathetic.
