Another cool thing they’re doing around here - we pay nearly 10% on the dollar in sales tax, because we don’t have a state income tax. So guess what. Times are tough, so they’re talking in Olympia about imposing one.

I live in WA as well, what do you think the chances that this will pass? I know in OR a sales tax is proposed every so often and it gets shot down.
