So when does the PA name a building after this terrorist ax murderer? And put him on TV? They won’t give him a parade because the Israelis would take out his car.

If I were Netanyahu, I would make public announcements that no further talks will be held until the Palis turn over the ax murderer to Israel.
Any “authorities” that give him any awards will not be allowed in any Pali government or in peace talks. Any buildings named after him will be bombed.
And I would reply to all pressure to accept a Palestinian state with a remark that “We will be glad to make peace with Palestinians who recognize our right to exist, but we will NOT accept an entity which honors those who ax murder children.”
