Francis: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand how important this is to you. I will be more than happy to assist you on this.
Sean: Your phone system sucks, by the way. 15 minute wait to schedule a visit?
Sean: Okay, can you schedule a technician visit for me?
Francis: I do apologize for the long wait Sean and thanks for giving chat support a chance to address your current concern.
Sean: I’m really sorry you have to use scripted responses.
Sean: These generic responses are entertaining though.
