Their budget makes wild-ass guesses as to how awesome the economy’s gonna boom, and he suggests they’re being “conservative”?

It’s like he’s decided that this budget has no chance in Hell of ever seeing a vote and is just lying his ass off to see how far he can get before somebody calls him out.
