Pomeranians can be mean SOBs.

Don’t know what the neighbors have, but their little dog is a mean little SOB (or bitch, I can’t tell). It’s a small thing with long brown hair. Small enough that we have cats bigger than it is. High strung as well, and the owners never discipline it. No idea what it is though.
