Whatever it is they’re doing, they need to keep it up. The Denver/NYC plot hits close to home for me because I have somebody important who lives in Astoria… A bomb plot against NYC subways is one of Those Things that I really fear, especially because it’s such a terribly obvious target for the ‘splodeys. (Not that my pet fear makes me unusual, I mean 8 million + people live in that city, but it’s just something in particular that worries me.)

The Dallas plot, I have to say, sounds really fckin’ stupid… Downtown Dallas shouldn’t be on anybody’s target list, it’s such a sterile target. There’s nothing there to blow up and you’d need a king-sized bomb to do any damage to those buildings. You’d have to be desperately dumb to think that anybody in the rest of the world would tremble before your terrorist might for blowing out a few windows at a bank tower in Dallas. An attack on Ft. Worth or Austin would have had ten times the psychological effect, especially here in TX.

I guess we should just be thankful that the Al Queda Academy continues to turn out ignorant, insensitive clods who get caught for dumb stuff like buying lots of peroxide at beauty shops instead of Wal-Mart (seriously, a guy with a Jihad Beard buying lots of Peroxide at a Sally’s? Like nobody would notice?) or bragging about their plans on the internet. Stay dumb, fellas.
