Late to the game here, Charles (East Coast dinnertime), but I think the proper form for your headline here would be “President Pena,” not “President Nieto,” because of the way Hispanic surnames are constructed (given name - patronymic - matronymic).

Thanks for the tip - I looked into this, and it seems most sources use the form “President Peña Nieto.”
