I had put up a page expressing my concerns about the care of the detained children. It just occurred to me that putting ID bracelets on them won’t be very effective. THey will inevitably fall off or be pulled off. When somebody comes in at the beginning of their shift, how will they know which bracelet belongs to which child? The kids may give them their names, but babies can’t. They will either not care who is who, or maybe they will have to give them tattoos, or maybe a little subcutaneous chip.
