My neighbours appear to have gotten a puppy, or left someone’s puppy alone in their apartment. It’s been crying for the last hour. :(

These are new neighbours and I don’t have their cell number. I may have to leave them a strongly worded note if this continues…
(I couldn’t care less about noise, just the puppy)

suggestion: if you can find some way to enter, give teh puppeh lots of food and water and let it otherwise run free…
