I don’t think anyone is saying that. However, your immediate response was not to defend Bush, which is entirely possible to do, it was to attack Obama, and then try to make a case, based on random events, that Obama had damaged the reputation of the US abroad.

Which is bullshit.

Now, if you wanted to say that Bush was in an impossible situation, and could not realistically have been expected to maintain a high level of warm fuzzies with friends abroad while carrying out his agenda, that’s a fair defense of the man.

But acting as though the rep of the US has been sliding down the drain under Obama, and, seriously, linking to a DailyNews (ZOMG) article with a picture of some blonde starlet at the top…not so reasonable.
