I am glad you are still here. Thank you for sharing that. I know it’s hard.

I have fought anxiety, depression and PTSD since I was 5 yrs old. 50 years. SSRIs and SSRs do not work for me. It’s been a hit or miss combo of things over the years to keep me here and functioning. I have low periods and better ones. It’s day to day. I wish pot were legal so I had access to Indica strains, which are supposed to help with my issues. CBT has helped (cognitive behavioral therapy), exercise, a dog that forces me out of bed, and my kids are about all that I can do.
