But really I think Starling City takes the cake. Nearly destroyed by a manmade earthquake to allow gentrification. Nearly nuked by an immortal madman. Mayor after mayor assassinated. Their vigilante hero is a serial killer whose excuse is that he doesn’t do it so much anymore, and that actuall yameks him the good guy!

Makes you wonder about the laws in these worlds. No wonder they need superhero vigilantes to keep public order.

Also, it still bothers me that Star Labs has all these metahumans locked up in high-tech prison cells with no visible toilets or means of feeding the prisoners. Amnesty Interdimensional should be all over their asses by now!
