He’s trying to kiss Irish ass into saving the Irish prohibition on legal abortion. That’s Amendment 8.

I doubt whether Steve King gives the proverbial rat’s nethers about Ireland or the Irish, or what they want for their own country: this sounds to me more like “virtuous” posturing for the domestic abortion-fetishists: my guess is any follow-up is dripping with “regret” for the Irish’ “bad decision”… or else he’ll just drop the issue altogether.
