If we post hateful comments about Breitbart we’re just as bad as all the right wing news sites and bloggers who take any chance to spew their racist and hate speech.

Guess that’s why there is virtually NO hateful speech here in this LGF thread. It’s because left and progressive people are BETTER than right wing and Tea Party people. The constant “it’s just as bad on the left as on the right” drone from media (left and right) is one of the biggest lies that is spoken in the past 10 years.

Of course, it’s a catch 22 since it’s also the reason why liberals and progressives are losing elections even in the face of the reality of right-wing policies. They can neither incite nor follow reflexively the hate speech which right wing and conservatives find easy to say and believe.

It makes me very disenchanted and I find little reason for any improvement in the future. Perhaps Obama will get elected but this will be of little value as more places become even more Republicanized.
