I don’t see how idiot pie and the other republicans were not in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act. Many comments were obviously forged and that means that there can be no way that the final resultant determination was made in concordance with the law. Additionally, while those types of panels have more discretion that normal Notice and Comment rulemaking, they still need to demonstrate that the conculsion was not arbitrary and capricous.

Which the decision to revoke net neutrality obviously was.
