More on yesterday’s Cuba announcement….

Here is a statement placed in a major American newspaper by one of that papers regular Op-Eders:*

Meanwhile, Castro and his fellow military officers will remain in firm control of the political and economic levers of power in Cuba, including the little things jobs, visas, building permits, export and import licenses, court cases

I see. Opinion person is bothered that Cuba can still have its sovereignty. OK.

And these are the people who regularly write about politics and economics and stuff with an intent to inform and perhaps influence us.

The Wash Post actual editorial is, if possible, still worse. Its still the Cold War for them.
