I think it was a lame attempt to find words that rhyme with yellow, brown,red, white and black. It was worth a giggle at most, but not racist.

Its from an old civil rights era statement about color, inverted:

If you are white, allright,
Brown, stick around,
Black - get back.

But the days of needing to invert white racism are over. Obama knows this. Lowrey looked like a dinosaur. The torch has been passed.
