If I remeber correctly, EVERYONE got a Pell grant figured into their financial aid package when I was entering college. I literally filled out a postcard sized “application” and that triggered access to all of the other F.A. programs. It might have been just my school, but even kids whose parents were millionaires got Pell Grants.

not so that I know of…I applied but was not qualified….it pays for tuition and books and some fees last I knew…there is nothing inherently wrong with these grants
