Interestingly enough, I got something in the mail talking about the bailouts and refinancing I just did a refy last summer, but I may call the se people and see if I can get some cash out and get a lower interest rate. Put the money into essential things like tattoos :-)

Hell, yes. I won’t say they last forever, but it will last until a short while after you are gone.
