How does government create wealth?

My limited understanding of economics leads me to understand that government can’t create wealth at all. Printing money does not create wealth, it only dilutes what wealth already exists. Redistributing wealth is at best, zero-sum.

Can government create wealth?

a socialist govt can create wealth…otherwise no, and it shouldn’t…bad idea
