There may be some verdicts in the Bunkerville/Bundy retrial. Reports on Twitter seem to indicate that Judge Gloria Navarro gave the jury an Allen charge, also called a “dynamite charge” which is used to break hung juries. It’s not sounding good. People who pay more attention to these things than I do believe there might be two people on the jury sympathetic to the Bundy gang.

And no, not going to downtown Phoenix. I’ve protested before, it’s been hot, but when I got hot, I’d crawl into my car and crank up the A/C. I wouldn’t be able to do that. Staying home and hoping things don’t get crazy.
