True enough, but the Dems damn well know every dirty trick the GOP’s going to play. Where’s their strategy to deal with it and fight back? How about some preemptive strikes for a change, e.g. their own ads calling out the superpac and microtargeted to the type of people who voted for Obama but then when for trump?

Sounds good. Only problem is there are no Democratic Mercers to fund this crap. It’s a heavy lift to get wealthy people who would be aligned with Democrats to fund things that essentially undermine democracy, but from the other direction.
