It’s not correct, since he used physical force. If he’d just suggested something, then it is. But actually putting his hands on her raises it to a criminal level.

I wonder if he’ll actually have the guts to sue her for slander and libel? If he doesn’t, and he says this didn’t happen, why isn’t he doing so?
