Yes, this-without benefit of a convincing explanation—is so frustrating. Certainly this will lead to appeal, but from all I’ve read it should never get to that stage. And that stock photo of Durham triggers me much as the Bolton photos do. He’s definitely sucking soup out of that mustache with his lower lip.

I also detest that photo of Durham. Not sure how much is because of the photo versus how much because I detest Durham.

I assume that he was appointed for intimidation rather than criminal investigation. I guess that he is trying to continue his mission as long as possible.
