I am not trying to put anyone down. I can still love and admire anyone who likes kindal - and I am impressed with the idea of cross referencing multiple sources on the fly - I assume it can do that?

However, for myself, being able to make notes in margins and curling up in bed with a nice comfy book is not something I could do without and any home not lined with books along every shelf, simply would not feel like home to me.

Oh I know, but it’s true, isn’t it? Cell phones, Tivo. We are a one Kindle household and hubby is the avid reader so he takes it with him. I’ve been waiting my turn but it looks I may have to save for my own.
