Imagine if you can someone with dementia and NPD. My ex-wife’s grandma had dementia, and judging from her son’s description of her as his mother, she was probably narcissistic, too. When my ex and I “babysat” grandma one weekend, she got into her head that there were intruders outside the house who were going to come in and do terrible things to her. When I resisted, and told her there was no one outside — we were on a very quiet street — she went after me with a broom handle. No damage done to me or grandma, but it was … interesting … to say the least.

Now imagine that kind of person as leader of the USA, commander-in-chief of the armed forces, with access to the nuclear football, the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, etc.
