This guy, a former cop, was fired. He’s got military training and is now targeting anyone and everyone he believes responsible for his being fired. He claims to have heavy weapons like 50 cal guns, and even surface to air missiles.

He’s already killed at least two people, and shot and injured three cops.

Zoinks. I read a few pieces of the manifesto he posted. He sounds like one of those lucid-crazy people, the real scary type that are actually functional enough to do some real damage. Did it say why he was fired (I mean, he’s obviously off the reservation, but…)
