Impeachment can only go wrong anyway. If it hurts the Republicans, McConnell will have the ability to simply dismiss the trial at any time by majority vote; if it helps them, McConnell will gladly let the Democrats keep unwinding their intestines on a reel.

AOC may have originally been inspired by Bernie but I doubt she retains the same relationship. She is the 21st Century version of the 1987 Nancy Pelosi and she is learning from the master — i.e. Nancy not Bernie.
