I love schnitzel

so I finally made some with a crisp bredcrrumb covering

it’s all in the temperture you use to fry them

…..I had my eureka moment

Ramschnitzel is the best -

fried veal patty with a white cream mushroom sauce and some spatzle

Mushrooms are good — lol
