It does not matter. The Republican Bullshit Machine will spin this as Godless Liberals framing Jim Jordan and the Crackers in the Republican Party will rally to his defense. Fox News will have their gasbags weigh in on poor innocent Jim Jordan being framed and then the topper comes as Franky Graham Cracker and his Pulpit Pimp Pals declare that God has absolved their beloved Jimmy of any sins.

OTOH, he may well be sin free but sitting in a prison cell for long enough to equal a life imprisonment.
